Betty June (Nicholson) Barclay

Barclay, Betty June (McGrady), age 90 of Wymps Gap Road, White House passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 3, 1926 and graduated from East Beth High School. She attended Springhill Furnace Presbyterian Church was a longtime member as well as a member of the church sewing group ”Old Sew and Sews”. She was also the owner of Barclay’s Ceramics.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, George McGrady in 1958 and Paul Barclay in 1995.

Betty is survived by her four children: Oren Barclay and his wife Josee, Paul McGrady, Paul Barclay, Jr. and Paulette High; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one great great grandson.

Betty’s family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2017, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance where her funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday with Rev. Dr. George “Joey” Hickok, officiating. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, PA.
