Lois Jean (Friend) Sadler

Lois Jean Friend Sadler, age 64 of Gans, PA passed away at her home on Sunday, November 12, 2017 with her loving family by her side.  She was born on January 9, 1953, a daughter of Charles L. Friend and Ivalou Spittler Mattucci.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gary Allan Sadler and brother, Elwood.

Lois is survived by her son, David Sadler and his wife Paula; grandchildren, Austin Sadler and Briena Sadler all of Gans; sisters: Mary Lou, Carol and Betty; brothers: Steve, Joe and Chuck; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lois’s family would like to thank Meemee and Doug Buchan for all their love and support and “will always hold them in their hearts”.

In honoring Lois’ wishes there will be no public visitation. Her visitation and funeral service were private and held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 followed by interment in Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, PA.

 Lois’ professional funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., Fairchance, PA.
