Rafael S. (Basinsky) Staviscak

Rafael S. Staviscak, age 89, of Uniontown, passed away in Cherry Tree Nursing Center on June 21, 2016. She was born in German Twp., on September 21, 1926, a daughter of Conrad Basinsky  and Anna Jozawak Basinsky.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William V. Staviscak of Uniontown, PA.

She is survived by three daughters: Judy DeLair and her husband James of Gladwin, Michigan,  Barbara Carper and her husband Gerald of N. Olmstead OH, Cynthia Lehman and her husband Charles of New Cumberlanld, WV; son, William J. Staviscak of Uniontown, PA; five grandchildren.

Rafael’s professional funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., Fairchance, PA.

Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland, OH.
