Betty June (Mitchell) Grimm

Betty June Mitchell Grimm, age 92, of Fairchance, PA, . She was born on June 1, 1927 in Fairchance, PA a daughter of Gus and Edith McKinney Mitchell.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Grimm; sister, Linda Mitchell, brother, Max Mitchell.

Betty is survived by her children: David R. Grimm of Fairchance, PA, daughter, Susan D. Frey and her husband Barry of Morgantown, grandchildren: Barry Frey Jr., and his wife Tina of Smithfield, Robert Frey and his wife Joann of Morgantown, WV,  Kaycee Hartley and her husband Chris of Morgantown, Lauren H. Direolf and her husband Brian of Greenville, TX, Lacey A. Ayotte and her husband Dennis of San Antonio, TX; great grandchildren, Clinton Frey, Colton Frey, Max Frey, Sam Frey, Oliver Frey, Peter Frey, Louisa Frey, Isabella Hartley, Emelia Hartley.

Betty and her husband Bob were both dedicated members of the First Baptist Church of Fairchance.

Betty’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, 1nc., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with Rev. Pete Malik, officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, Smithfield, PA.
