Charles Eugene Leichliter, Jr.

Charles “Charlie” Eugene Leichliter, Jr., age 29 of Fairchance passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 14, 2019. He was born on March 20, 1990 in Uniontown, the son of Charles Eugene Leichliter, Sr. and Lucille Marie Dzencelowcz Leichliter.

Charlie was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joseph J. Dzencelowcz; paternal grandparents, Luther Earl and Dorothy Strothers Leichliter.

Charlie graduated in 2008 from Albert Gallatin High School and was  a beloved employee at Olive Garden and in the past at DeMarcos and O’Gillies. He loved fishing and playing video games and was always there for his friends and family. In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Danielle Leichliter of Fairchance; maternal grandmother, Linda Bowers Dzencelowcz of Warner Robins, Georgia; three nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Charlie’s family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA where his funeral service will take place at 8:00 p.m. Interment is private.
