Mark Coddington Obituary

Mark Anthony Coddington, age 54 of Hopwood, PA went home to be with the Lord on September 25, 2018. He was a son of Gene and Nancy K. Hostetler Coddington.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, MacKenzie Perdue.

Mark was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church. He proudly served his country for 11 years in the Army. He also enjoyed hunting and reading his bible.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Colleen “Candy” Grimes Coddington; children: Jacob (Brandi) Coddington of Smock, Maegan Coddington (Robbie) Perdue of Hopwood; grandchildren: Jianna, Logan, Kendall, Jacob, Jr., Harleigh, Christian, Dylan, Cameron; siblings: Rick (Yvonne) Coddington of Ohio, Wayne (Patty) of Grindstone, Keith (Melissa) of Ralph, Carroll Coddington of Amend, Shari (Reuben) Hershberger of Conneaut Lake, Mary Coddington (special friend Carol) of Pocono; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.

Mark’s family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2018 in the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA 15436 where his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday with Pastor Jason Lamer, officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, Smithfield, PA.
