Harry Carl Campbell, Sr

Harry Carl Campbell, Sr., age 77, of Fairchance, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in Uniontown Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born on Tuesday, August 24, 1937 a son of Azle Campbell and Florence (Williams)

Campbell Appleby.

 

In addition to his parents Harry was preceded in death by his brothers: Albert, Wilbur, Woodrow and sisters: Alverta and Carole.

 

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nancy (Tait) Campbell; children:

Harry Campbell, Jr (Jackie), Kenny Campbell (Petra), Chrissy Rerko (Stuch), Lori MacMillan (Tom), Tammi Aretta (Butch), Donny Campbell, Sr. (Brandy), Alan Campbell, Sr. (Mary), Angi Victor (Chad). Grandchildren: Geoff, Ami, Martin, Julia, Kathleen, Leann, Stephany, Joshua, Jason, Amanda, Scott, Donald, David, Stephanie, A.J., Ryan, Mackenzie and Lindsey; Great grandchildren: Madelynn, Rhylie and Elijah; sister: Dorothy; brothers: John, Larry (Dotty), Tim (Patty).

 

Harry proudly served his country during the Korean conflict on USS Hazelwood from 1954 - 1958. He worked for 20 years at the White Front Super Dollar in Fairchance and then retired after twenty years with Helicon Cablevision

Harry's family will receive friends on Friday November 28, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA 15436, John M. Fabry, Supervisor. Additional visitation Saturday until 12 Noon the hour of his funeral service with Pastor Jim Engel, officiating.

Military Honors will be accorded by the General George C. Marshall AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood, Pennsylvania.

Interment at a later date in Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, Brownfield, Pennsylvania.
