Lois Ruth (Armstrong) Machesky

Lois Ruth Armstrong Machesky, age 101 of Dormont passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on February 14, 1920 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Charles Franklin and Jennie Gibson Armstrong.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Machesky; infant sister, Jean; brother, Gibson Armstrong.

Lois is survived by her children: Paul (Debbie) Machesky of Pleasant Hills, Lynne (William deceased)  Johnston of Whitehall, Jill ( James deceased) Packard of Baden; six grandchildren: Kelly  Johnston, Doug (Allison) Johnston, Kai Packard, Colton Packard, Gayle (William) Flanigan, Kasey Machesky.

In honoring Lois’ request her funeral arrangements are private.
