Lola May Brewer

Brewer, Lola May, age 81 of Fairchance, PA, died Friday morning February 24, 2012 at her home with her loving family by her side. Lola was born May 17, 1930 in San Antonio TX a daughter of the late Susan Marie Cochran and Grover Cleveland Petty. She was also preceded in death by her husband John Brewer Jr. and an infant son, John David Brewer, brothers: Eugene O'Neil and Grover C. Petty Jr., and infant sisters: Annabelle and Newanna Petty.

Surviving are her three children: Melanie Susan Chanslor and her husband Sam of Millersburg, KY, Faith Lynn Stillwagon and her husband Scott of Greensburg, PA, and Timothy Scott Brewer and Debbie Sulka of Milllersburg, KY; four grandchildren, Six great grandchildren, a sister Gola Wood and husband Darrell of Delaware, OH. Also survived by many sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews.

Lola was a member of Brownfield United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher, member of the Choir, Kitchen Band and Girl Scout Leader; She was also a volunteer with the Uniontown Hospital Ladies Auxiliary for 25 years.

Visitation with the family will be in the Goldsboro-Tomi Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA on Sunday February 26, 2012 from 2-4 & 6- 8 pm. Additional visitation will take place on Monday from 10 until 11 am the time of the service in the Funeral Home with Pastor Sam Chanslor & Rev. Diane Olson officiating. Interment will take place immediately following at White Rock Cemetery, Georges Twp., PA.
