Minnie B. (Doyle) Murphy

Minnie B. (Doyle) Murphy age 101, passed away at her daughter’s home in Uniontown on Sunday, December 27, 2015. She was born in Hopwood a daughter of Harry Doyleand Alice Whyle Doyle.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Kenneth C. Murphy, Sr. and her grandson, Kenneth C. Murphy, III.

Minnie is survived by her daughter, Jeannine Schnatterly and her husband Sherwin of Uniontown, son, Kenneth C, Murphy, Jr.  of Rocky Mount, NC; Four grandchildren: Gary Schnatterly and his wife Julie of Harpers Ferry, WV, Richard Schnatterly and his wife Josephine of Walls, MS, Robert Schnatterly of Pittsburgh, PA and Adela Harlow Dale City VA; five great grandchildren: Larry Baumiller, III and his wife April, Amber Burgess, Norrin Harlow, Aaron Schnatterly, Ian Schnatterly; four great great grandchildren: Abbigale Baumiller, Larry Baumiller IV, Khiry Burgess and Karter Pulley.

Minnie’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA 15436 where her funeral service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, December 31, 2015 with Pastor Nicholas J. Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
