Ronald Eugene Mathews

Ronald Eugene Mathews, age 77, formerly of Fairchance, PA, died Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Mt. Macrina Manor, Uniontown, PA. Ron was born December 30, 1934 in Connellsvile, PA, son of the late Eugene and Ethel Mae Bryner Mathews.

In addition to his parents Ron was predeceased by his companion of 35 years Ruby Everly. Ron is survived by his three children: Cindy Miller of Champion, PA, Connnie Eachus and her husband Donald of Dongal, PA and Jacquelyn Meyers and her husband Russell of Davistown, PA; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brother: Robert Miller of McKeesport, PA. A special thank you to Betty Miller of Fairchance, PA for her assistance in taking care of Ron over the years. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, PA with Rev George W. McLaughlin officiating. Professional Funeral Services have been entrusted to the Goldsboro-Tomi Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. 21 E.
