Rosella C. (Livengood) Springsteen

Rosella C. (Livengood) Springsteen, age 74, of Fairchance, PA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 20, 2015 at her home. She was the daughter of Charles R. Livengood, Sr. and Annabelle G. (Knox) Livengood.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Mason Springsteen; sister, Dorothy Wilson; brother, Thomas Livengood.

Rosella is survived by her children: Mark Springsteen and his wife Peggy, Polly Wilson and her husband Larry, and Dawn Moats and her husband Harry all of Fairchance; grandchildren: Zachery and Connor Moats, Hannah Wilson, Seth and Reese Springsteen.  

brothers: Charles Livengood, Jr. and his wife Ruth of Sedalia, Missouri,

Jim Livengood of Ohiopyle, William Livengood and his wife Ilene of Fairchance; sisters: Geraldine Bricker and her husband Clarence of Fairchance, Barbara Haines and her husband Arnold of Fairchance

Eleanor Honsaker and her husband Ron of Masontown; several nieces and nephews.

Rosella was a lifelong member of the Fairchance Church of The Brethren where she was a board member, Sunday school teacher and held many other positions. She was also a member of the Fairchance Senior Citizens.

Rosella’s family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday, 2-4 and 6-8 pm Tuesday in the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA, John M. Fabry, Supervisor. Additional visitation will be held at the Fairchance Church of the Brethren on Wednesday from 10 am until 11 am, the hour of her funeral service with Pastor Dave Crable, officiating. Interment to follow in the Bethel Church of the Brethren.
