Samuel William Spiker, age 90 of Lambert, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born in Lambert on February 1, 1928, a son of Clarence and Verna Bell Evans Spiker.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Adams Spiker; siblings: Gertrude Hice, Thelma Keefer, Clyde Ice, infant brother, Bobby Spiker.
He was a member of the Church of God in Highhouse and attended Faith Assembly Church in Uniontown. He proudly served his country in the U S Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Starlet Dawn Spiker Swaney and her husband William of Adah, son, Roger Lee Boyce of Jacksonville, FL; 13 grandchildren; siblings: Lester Spiker of Uniontown, Edna Spiker Volkojan of Canonsburg, OH, Ruth Spiker Palkat of South Carolina; many nieces and nephews.
In honoring Sam’s wishes there will be no visitation. He will be interred next to his wife in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
Sam’s professional funeral services have been entrusted to the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., Fairchance, PA.
