Stella Dora Zubovic

Stella Dora "Berardi" Zubovic, age 87, of Fairchance died Friday November 1, 2013 in Uniontown Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on December 11, 1925 in Fairchance, a daughter of Domenico and Clara Petricca Berardi.

In additional to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Steve Zubovic; daughter Renee Zubovic; five brothers: Carl, Michael, Anthony (Tony), Angelo and James Berardi; one sister: Rose Bartos.

Dora is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Willard and her husband Michael of Pittsburgh, PA, step granddaughter Bridgette Docherty and her husband Andy of Samoa, three step great grandsons and a host of nieces and nephews residing in Michigan. Dora was a lifelong member of Ss Cyril & Methodius R. C. Church where she was very active in many church events. She was also a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge 497.

Dora's family will receive friends in the Goldsboro-Tomi Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 21 E. Church St., Fairchance, PA., John M. Fabry, Supervisor on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm with a Blessing Service taking place at 6:45 pm. Additional visitation on Thursday morning until 9:30 am, followed by Prayers of Transfer and a Funeral Mass at 10 am in Ss. Cyril & Methodius R. C. Church 50 N. Morgantown Street, Fairchance, PA with the Rev. Jaime S. Ozoa as celebrant. Interment will follow in St Joseph's Cemetery, Fairchance, PA.
