Thomas M. Donaldson

Thomas M. Donaldson, 86, of Oliphant Furnace, PA passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.  He was born in Crows Works on February 10, 1933, a son of William and Ella Daugherty Donaldson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4 sisters. He worked as a pipe fitter foreman at USS Clairton Works.

Tom is survived by his wife of 66 years, Joy Ann Long Donaldson; Children: Thomas (Susan) Donaldson of Corning, NY;  Deborah (Dave) Barnhart of Uniontown, PA; Brian (Connie) Donaldson of Collier, PA; Charles (Kathy) Donaldson of Leesburg, VA; Paul Donaldson and companion Patty Foster of Uniontown, PA; Grandchildren:  Joy (Dan) Smith, Brian (Kelly) Donaldson, Lee (Amy) Donaldson, Mike (Becky) Donaldson, Amanda Donaldson (Matt), Rachelle Donaldson, David Donaldson; 5 step grandchildren; 20 Great grandchildren; Sister, Donna Rae Smith and many nieces and nephews.

Tom’s family will receive friends and family from 4-8 pm on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA 15436.  Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 24, at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, Smithfield, PA.
