John Matthew Brooks

John Matthew Brooks, age 34 of Hopwood passed away, suddenly at his home on Thursday, April 27, 2017. He was born on November 12, 1982 in Uniontown, a son of Frances Marie Brooks and Edward Golden.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his son, Coby; 2 brothers, Joseph Brooks (Angie) of St Louis, Edward Golden of Hopwood; many aunts, uncles, nephews and friends.

John enjoyed building and racing derby cars.

John’s family will receive friends in The Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 21 E.  Church St., Fairchance, PA on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 5-7 p.m., the hour of his funeral service with Pastor Jason Lamar, officiating. Interment will be private.
