I just learned of Marie's passing. She was such a good friend to my mother, Stella Medlen from Uniontown. Marie often remembered my mother with roses on her birthday. My 95 year old mother, Stella, has advanced dementia and resides in a Memory Care Facility in Albuquerque, NM where my family and I live. We kept in touch with Marie for a couple of years after moving my mother here.
I remember Marie as such a beautiful and caring person. Marie and I both grew up in Footedale. I did not know her well then, but I do remember that she was a strikingly beautiful young woman. There is no doubt that she is enjoying a very special place in Heaven with Jesus.
