Terry Lee Back

Terry Lee Back, age 61 of York Run, PA passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born on November 13, 1954 in Hamilton, Ohio a son of the late James E. Back and Lucille (Pitts) Back.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his brother, Daryl L. Back of

York Run; sons: Brandon Lee Back and Nathan Back.

Terry’s family will receive friends on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 6-8 PM in the Goldsboro-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc., 21 E. Church Street, Fairchance, PA where additional visitation will take place until 11 AM, the hour of his funeral service on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 with Rev. Elliott Leighty, officiating. Interment to follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
